  • Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail after your on-line registration.
  • After you complete your on-line registration, please visit 'My page'.
  • You can check the payment status of your registration at 'My page'.

  • If on-line registration is not available, please contact the Secretariat atapcms.secretariat@gmail.com.
  • The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed registration payment.
  • If you need to receive an invitation letter for a visa or any other reason, please send an e-mail to the Secretariat (apcms.secretariat@gmail.com).
The Presenting Author Guideline
  • The presenting author whose abstract has been accepted is required to register with full payment for the congress before the pre-registration deadline.
  • Following the completion of the presentation onsite, the presenting author will be eligible for a discounted registration fee of USD 50. Reimbursement will be processed after the congress.

Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.

All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.

The merchant’s name on your credit card statement will be 'PAYGATE'.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 초록 채택자는 회원/비회원 관계없이 모두 사전등록을 해주시기 바랍니다.
  • 초록 채택자 무료등록 혜택(발표자 1인, 공저자 1인)은 대회 종료 후 환불로 진행됩니다.
  • 사전등록 완료 및 대회 참석자에 한하여 발표자/채택자 혜택이 제공됩니다.
